For many years, researchers have identified to one key factor that surpasses most others, such as socioeconomic status, student background or the kind of school a student attends and that is parental involvement.
The extent to which schools nurture positive relationships with families and build partnerships with families makes a great impact on student academic achievement. Students whose families partner with the school have better attendance, behavior, grades, social skills and adaptation to school. Parental involvement also more securely sets these students up to develop a lifelong love of learning.
Our hope is that all our students' families feel welcome and embrace the opportunity to partner with us.
