Based on the results of the 2023-2024 Maryland Report Card, The Maryland State Department of Education identified our school as an Additional Targeted Support and Improvement (ATSI) school. Public schools in Maryland receive this designation when they have one or more low performing student groups based on performance, achievement and growth on the Math, Science, English Language Arts state assessments; progress in English language proficiency; and indicators of school quality and student success (including measures of chronic absenteeism and a school survey). The
