Health Services

The nurse's number is 410-484-9347.

The nurse is available to assist you during the school day for illnesses or injuries occurring at school.  Report to your teacher or administrator who will give you a pass to go to the Health Suite.

Medication

If there is a need for you to take medication during the school day, including daily lunch time medications, inhalers, EpiPens or medications for any other health concerns (i.e. diabetes, migraines) please:

1. Pick up medication order forms from your current school nurse.
2. Take the form to your doctor over the summer.
3. Have your parent/guardian bring the medication and the completed form to the health suite.
4. REMEMBER: A new doctor's order is required every year.

Health Suite Dismissals

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE SENT HOME FROM SCHOOL UNLESS A PARENT OR RESPONSIBLE ADULT HAS BEEN CONTACTED  BY THE NURSE OR THE MAIN OFFICE PERSONNEL.
